* The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be exchanged for goods at Robinsons, John Little, Marks & Spencer (Singapore) Stores and stand-alone boutiques Trucco and Principles

*Any unutilized amount from the voucher will not be refundable.

*The voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue and no extension will be permitted upon expiry.

*Vouchers stolen or misplaced are not replaceable.

*Consumer Advisory:
Robinson & Co (S) Pte Ltd, the holder of Robinsons Gift Voucher store value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

What are the denominations of Gift Vouchers?
The vouchers are available in $10, $50 and $100 and there is a selection of 3 different coloured envelopes for you to personalize your gift.

How long is the voucher valid for?
The vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of purchase allowing the recipient ample time to shop for their ideal gift. No extension of expiry date is allowed.

Where can the Gift Voucher be used?
All 22 Robinsons Group of Stores accept the vouchers. These include the following:

Can I use my Gift Voucher at Robinsons or Marks & Spencer (Malaysia)?
No. The Gift Voucher is only applicable for use in Singapore.
