Frequently Asked Questions How Do I Apply? Complete the application form in-store and hand it over to a John Little staff member to have it processed immediately. Please bring along your NRIC for verification of personal details. Who Can Apply? Application is open to all John Little shoppers with a local mailing address. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Staff of Robinson & Co and their immediate families are not eligible. How Do I Earn JL$? John Little ValuePlus Card membership allows customers to enjoy an attractive store rebate of 3% at any John Little store. It is a complete rewards programme for all John Little customers when they choose to pay by Cash or Nets. The 3% rebate earned in every Nets or Cash transaction is stored in the John Little ValuePlus Card in the form of JL$. For example, if a John Little ValuePlus cardmember spends S$100 at any John Little store, he/she will earn JL$3 redeemable for future purchases (JL$ allocated will be rounded to the nearest cent). The customer can choose to spend or accumulate the JL$ stored in the John Little ValuePlus Card (i.e. Every JL$1 stored is equivalent to S$1 which is redeemable for future purchases at all John Little stores). Where Can I Earn/Redeem My JL$? JL$ can be earned/redeemed at all John Little stores and Mega Expo events. When Will My John Little ValuePlus Card Expire? What Will Happen To The Remaining JL$? Your John Little ValuePlus Card will expire in two (2) years from date of issue. The Card/Account will be void if membership is not renewed 3 months after the stated expiry date. No fee will be charged for renewal of membership. The remaining JL$ will be transferred to the new card. What Happens When My John Little ValuePlus Card Is Lost Or Damaged? If your card is lost or damaged, please call John Little Customer Service Hotline (6212 9200) immediately to deactivate your card. Then, come down personally to any John Little store and we will arrange for an immediate replacement for you. For lost cards, a replacement fee of $10 will be charged. If your John Little ValuePlus Card is damaged, we will replace your card without charge. Can I Transfer My JL$ To My Family Members? All JL$ earned are not transferable to other cardmembers.
