Terms and Conditions for 'Your Platinum Birthday'
1.
“Your Platinum Birthday” Electronic
Spin the Wheel Game (“the Game”) is valid exclusively to the OCBC
Robinsons Visa Platinum Elite, OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum and
Robinsons Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) on
any day in their birthday month with effect from 1 March 2008.
2. Prior purchase made from any Robinsons Group of
Stores has to be charged to the Cardmember’s OCBC Robinsons Visa
Platinum Elite, OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum, Robinsons Card during
their birthday month before playing the Game.
3. To take part in the Game, Customers must visit the
Game Kiosk located at the Customer Service Counter at Robinsons
Centrepoint.
4. Cardmembers will be entitled to one(1) spin on the
Game to play for a sure-win prize on any day in their birthday month.
5. Notwithstanding that a Cardmember may hold more
than one(1) of the qualifying OCBC credit cards, a Cardmember is
limited to only one(1) spin on the Game.
6. Cardmember must be personally present to
participate in the Game and for the redemption of any prize won.
7. The Prizes claimed shall not be transferable or
exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
8. Robinson & Company (Singapore) Private Limited
and OCBC Bank (“The Management”) reserve the right to substitute the
prize won for another prize of a similar value without prior notice.
9. The Management reserves the right to disqualify
any Cardmember on any ground.
10. The Management reserves the right at its absolute
discretion to terminate this Game or vary, delete or add to any of
these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including

11. The decision of the Management on all matters
relating to this Game will be at its absolute discretion and will be
final and binding on all participating Cardmember. In the event of any
inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure,
marketing or promotional material relating to the Game, these terms and
conditions will prevail.
12. The Management shall not be responsible for any
loss to or expenses incurred by any Eligible Cardmember or any other
person in connection with the Game, howsoever arising, including any
error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any
computer system or equipment or any notice which is misdirected or lost
in the post.
Further Terms and
Conditions for “Shop-for-Free”
Cardmembers stand a chance to win back the credit of their purchases
under the following conditions (“Shop-for-Free”):

1. Shop-for-Free is only valid for purchases made at
any participating Robinsons Group of Stores in the Cardmember’s
birthday month via the Cardmember’s respective OCBC Robinsons Visa,
OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum, OCBC Robinsons Visa Platinum Elite or the
Robinsons Card.
2. Only one (1) original receipt and charge slip may
be presented for the redemption of the Shop-for-Free prize. The receipt
must be dated on any day in their birthday month and the expenditure
must have been incurred prior to the Cardmember’s participation in the
Game.
3. The amount won will be credited into the
cardmember’s respective credit card account within one month from the
Cardmember’s participation in the Game.
4. Subject to the General Terms & Conditions for
